HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join an established ABA team that is recognized and trusted by families in Northern California, in new beautiful clinic in Oakland, California.
- BCBA will work FT or PT on-site 8:30 AM – 4 or 5PM; No weekends
- BBCA provides coverage until 6 PM – 2 days per week
- BCBA will work from home 3 days per month
- BCBA will join 2 BCBAs in this growth position
- BCBA works 25-26 billable hours per week, 112 billable hours per month
- BCBA works with ABA Clients under the age of 5 daily in the clinic
- BCBA conducts assessments and create individualized plans
- BCBA mentors’ team of BTs in plan implementation
- BCBA reviews and make developments in treatment plans
- BCBA leads social groups 2 days per week for Clients 6-18 years of age 4-6PM
- BCBA carries 2 clients from Social Skills on their caseload and see kids bi-monthly
- BCBA is not responsible for scheduling clients
- BCBA reports to experienced and welcoming Regional Director
BCBA, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Requirements:
- Masters Degree
- BCBA License; CA Eligibility
- Ability to complete 90 day training at other sites including San Mateo
BCBA, Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Compensation:
- 80-94K
- New graduates start at 80K with a merit increase at review
- Bonus potential for newly licensed BCBAs 3K per year
- Bonus potential for BCBAs with 2 years of experience 5K per year
- Additional Bonus for exceeding minimal billing responsibilities 1K every 6 months
- Health paid 85% by employer, Dental and Life paid by employer
- 401K options after 1 year
- FSA and Vision plan
- Cell phone stipend $60 per month

Pay: $83,557.28 - $95,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
